Bad credit repair scams pollute the Internet, luring desperate people to open their wallets to scammers promising and guaranteeing A+ credit.
Beware Dangerous Credit Repair Scam Guaranteeing To Remove ALL Derogatory Credit Information!
PLEASE close your wallet and listen carefully: No credit repair person or company can or should guarantee to remove any or ALL bad credit from your credit reports!
Regardless, these guarantees, scams & scammers pollute the Internet. Truth is, scammers KNOW desperate people buy on emotion, not logic. They KNOW desperate people turn off their brains & whip out their wallets, stepping forward to buy pleasure or remove pain.
Credit (dis)repair snake-oil pitch people sell the dream, stealing desperate people’s money – CAUSING legitimate derogatory disputes to be flagged as frivolous or (worse) uninformed consumers to be sued!
Yes, you can be sued when a credit (dis)repair company blindly fires off template dispute letters challenging legitimately reported derogatory credit information.

Bad credit credit cards spring dangerous traps on “sleeping” card users. Today, it’s not just the so-called bad credit card issuers and their tricks…it’s all the other credit cards too. Discover how the banks are stealing your money and dropping your credit scores.
Can’t live with them; can’t live without them.
CREDIT CARDS, that is.
Beware the banks offering you a credit card, regardless of your credit. What you may or may not know is that banks can change the terms ANYTIME on your credit cards.
And you can be guaranteed those dangerous changes will occur when you least can afford their changes, resulting in penalties, late fees & worse:
Universal Default occurs when you miss a payment on one card, springing a trap for ALL cards you have to shoot the interest rate up to 30-35%
Late Fees produce TONS of profit for banks. They love it when you don’t pay your monthly bill on time. This also helps them invoke “universal default, legally allowing them to explode the interest rate on all your cards.
Overlimit Penalties. Today, banks are cutting your credit limit, regardless of your credit or card use. Cutting your credit limit, banks are causing your credit scores to drop (e.g. high credit utilization) and less credit.
The following video shows perfectly how these dangerous tricks and traps destroy real people’s lives. Meet one young Florida couple with children who have gotten caught in this deadly web.
This video is 8 minutes, 24 seconds, with the best part beginning at 5 minutes, 20 seconds. Once you’ve checked out the video, please scroll down to leave a comment.
What are your experiences with credit cards?
What tricks and traps have you faced with a credit card?
Bad credit credit cards or good credit credit cards force us to pay attention to the tricks and traps these banks will-and I do mean WILL-spring on us. Some people like the young couple in the video have unintentionally gotten caught up in this deadly financial storm.
Bad credit repair advice sometimes give you enough RED flags to keep you from disappointment or worse…getting your disputes flagged or sued!
This is B-A-D in so many ways!
And I’m trying to be kind.
Watch this video below. Please overlook all the spelling errors in the video. That’s not the worst part of this inadequate (and potentially dangerous) advice.
Connie L. of Provo, Utah, jumped at the chance to improve her credit scores.
A guy calling himself “creditrepairmaster” on YouTube caught Connie’s attention (see video above).
Apparently, Connie called him, took his advice & now is forced to respond to a summons.
Connie is being SUED!
When Connie contacted me for help, I quickly advised her to get an attorney who specializes in Federal Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
If you’re being sued, don’t waste time contacting somebody like me: I’m not an attorney. You need an attorney. And for heaven’s sake, please don’t go the “pro se” route (that is, don’t go it alone).
Connie sent me the YouTube video above titled “Step-By-Step Credit Repair.” According to Connie, it was this video that first caught her attention (see above).
Connie, Where’s The
Step-By-Step?
Connie admitted the title “step-by-step” caught her attention.
She also admitted the thought of easy, step-by-step credit repair urged her to contact this creditrepairmaster.
Unfortunately, there’s nothing step-by-step to this video.
Unfortunately, there’s also nothing “good” to this guy’s advice. See for yourself below:
What you see below is my response to CREDITREPAIRMASTER’s “poor” advice. Always, I try to remain professional when responding. Even so, I don’t expect my comment to remain active once CREDITREPAIRMASTER discovers (and deletes) it.
Credit repair STRATEGY is better advice than simply recommending bankruptcy!
When you’ve watched it, please tell me what you think about the video. What’s dangerous about this guy’s advice? Would you contact this guy for help based on this video or his website where he apparently wants to teach people to run a credit repair business?
I hope this “creditrepairmaster” starts his “teaching” with a clear examination of the Credit Repair Organizations Act.
Please tell me what you think of this video before you click away. If you can, please explain how people get brainwashed to believe credit repair or credit improvement is so easy. How do people get to the point they believe they blindly can fire off a bunch of worthless dispute letters and magically improve their credit?
Seriously, I cannot understand this. I spend more time reading emails from people who want me to give them (or pay for) a magic dispute letter template they can fire off.
Bad Credit Repair “advice” can get you sued! Beware the “experts” pushing dispute letters as a magic pill. For the umpteenth time, I say this: There is NO magic dispute letter to buy or download. It is NOT the letter; it’s the STRATEGY that improves your credit. STRATEGY….
DHL-lavel_Nr.zip email virus could rip apart your computer and throw you in to an identity theft nightmare!
Warning: PLEASE do not open any enticing email attachments from strangers…even strangers pretending to be DHL!
What you see below is the exact email attachment Monique A. (a Credit-Success member) opened (see below):
Dangerous email attachment preys on curious, uninformed people!
Monique emailed me the other day asking about this DHL email attachment (see above).
I too have received this exact email…many times in the last few months. For some really bizarre reason, Monique OPENED IT!
What the h*ll!
“Why, Monique, did you open it?” I asked her in a follow-up email.
Her response, “I thought my parents had sent me a package.”
If you know me, you know I’m not judging (or scolding) Monique. Hell no. If you recall, I’m the stupid one who left his wallet sitting in plain sight on the center console of his unlocked car with windows rolled down while playing basketball at a park with friends back in the 80s.
I lost my butt to identity theft over that act of stupidity.
I really don’t want to see you or Monique suffer what I went through.
Do you know what this virus does? Unless I totally lose my head, I will not take a chance opening or clicking on (unknown) attachments or links.
Please go below and leave me a comment or question about ID Theft. If you have faced ID Theft, please share your experience unless it’s too painful…in that case, I understand.
Whether DHL or UPS, this email virus scam is searching the Internet for careless “double clickers.”
DHL email virus attachment is just another attempt to mess with you. PLEASE download and update a virus protection software (a really good FREE one is at www.AVG.com). Also, turn on software firewall even if you have a hardware firewall in your router.
Stop debt collectors, especially nasty debt collectors, from harassing and intimidating you. To get debt collectors off your back, you must discover your rights and stand up to debt collectors — with NO fear or intimidation.
Daily…or is it hourly, people scared out of their minds email me asking for help.
Another nasty debt collector is flexing his/her wimpy muscles, trying to instill fear in people UNINFORMED about their rights.
The other day, a lady named Maria Muniz emailed me, asking me to help her. I could hear the fear and desperation in her words.
Debt collectors CANNOT harass, threaten or otherwise abuse you.
Debt collectors CANNOT “claim” they’ll garnish your wages, seize your property, put you in jail, or threaten to take your personal property without a judgment.
Debt collectors CANNOT cash a post-dated check, cost you money by making you accept collect calls or COD mail (see image below).
This is just part of what debt collectors CANNOT do. In my videos and book THE BUSY PERSON’S CREDIT MAKEOVER, I share more “Debt Collector Can’t Do’s” .
Click Read More below for Maria’s cry for help email and my suggestions to help her stand up to a debt collector.
