Did you know how bad credit forces you to pay MORE for everything credit related?

What you see below is Rachel’s email, asking for help improving her (and her husband’s) credit.

  • Do you have bad credit or specific credit “issues”? Chances are, you do…or you wouldn’t be here. You’re not alone…88-110 MILLION also have “bad” credit!
  • Do you want something that improved credit demands? Chances are, you do. You want to grab the keys to your new home…or car. You’re sick and tired of pay your landlord’s mortgage payment or a car that spends more time in the repair shop than on the road. Maybe you are searching for a new job or a promotion and every employer seems to be checking credit today.

That’s right…you do NOT want to get sued!

Let’s get right to Rachel’s situation:

  1. She has bad credit;
  2. She owes $12,000;
  3. She wants to buy a house.

Here’s my exact response to Rachel’s question, but first keep in mind:

  • I do NOT know exactly what bad credit Rachel has.
  • I don’t know if her reports are filled with bad credit accounts that are NOT hers.
  • I don’t know if she REALLY owes the $12,000.
  • I don’t know if these bad credit accounts are reported accurately.
  • I don’t know how “old” these bad credit accounts are…if they’re hers.
  • I don’t know if she knows the truth about credit (dis)repair companies.
  • I don’t know if debt collectors are calling her or if a debt collector is suing her already.

I don’t know…so here’s my response!

Rachel,

The simple answer is, you need a credit repair person or company. The sad reality is that I’m not able to refer you to an affordable, effective & legitimate credit repair company.

After more than 10 years of searching for a “good” credit repair company, I can’t find one that actually will improve your credit and not get you sued.

So what’s the solution?

You need to improve your own credit!

I know this is not what you want to hear. Chances are, you are busy and don’t want to take on this responsibility/

Unfortunately, if you want to grab the keys to your new home, this is what you must do.

It’s not as difficult as you might think.

Why do I say this?

Simple, you do NOT need A+ credit to get a bank to help you grab the keys.

With that said, here’s where you start:

  1. Do not allow anyone to pull your credit. You MUST pull your own credit. You do NOT want to lose any leverage. You’ll understand why later. For now, please do NOT allow anyone - not a credit card company…not a mortgage loan officer or mortgage broker…not anyone but you.
  2. Download your three credit reports, each from Equifax, Transunion & Experian (see video #1 on how to get 100% free credit reports — the only legitimate free source).
  3. Review each credit report, highlighting all your good and bad credit (see video #2 on how to SEE your credit reports — it’s quick and easy).
  4. ***Very Important*** Do NOT pay one penny to a debt collector or creditor on an alleged debt until you pull & review your credit reports. By the way, do you have any debt collectors calling you? Anyone hounding you for money? Right now, grab my DVD, 8 SECRETS TO A 680 CREDIT SCORE! These 8 secrets are the TOP 8 dangerous, costly mistakes I see people make on the most common and dangerous credit score killers. This is where you start. If your situation requires additional step-by-step help with disputing credit mistakes or adding more “good” credit or fighting ID Theft discovered on your reports or how to buy a house the “smart” way, you will receive my training guides titled “The Big Explosion.”
  5. Last, confirm you have at least THREE active, seasoned tradelines.  This too is important. To buy a home, you need at least 3 active, seasoned “tradelines.” A tradeline is the industry name for a “credit account” such as a car, furniture or any other type of (installment) loan, credit cards (or any other type of revolving account). You need 3 “good” credit accounts (tradelines). Do you have three? Are they at least ONE year old? That is, you’ve paid for at least one year?

Now, what home-buying or credit questions or comments do you have, either about Rachel’s or your situation? What do you want that improved credit demands…a new home or car? …a new job or promotion? …a new “real” cell phone? …a “real” credit card? …a good night’s sleep free of worry and debt collectors’ harassing phone calls? How many credit (dis)repair companies have stolen your money, dropped your scores & and/or gotten you sued? Go below now & ask me a question or share a comment or experience.

Bad credit repair requires YOU take control. As horrible as this sounds, it’s not difficult with step-by-step help. Once you know exactly what you want (the keys to your new home, for instance), you have focus. Once you know what’s on your reports (both good and bad), you create STRATEGY..a game plan if you will. Once you have a game plan, you move step-by-step to improving your credit and grabbing the keys. You minimize getting sued, losing money & experiencing falling credit scores by hiring a credit “repair” company.
