I share your frustration, Ajeesh. However, I have to go beyond BOfA to include ALL banks!!!!! I help homeowners (borrowers) --try to-- avoid foreclosure in the Sarasota-Orlando (FL) markets. I have to work with many different banks. I don' know specifically what you need to talk with BofA about, but please contact me if I can help you. For normal banking issues, I know how to get to their TOP execs. More importantly, I also (so far) have gotten favorable results. Of course, that could change tomorrow :) For real estate matters, I too have to go through the channels. However, I have developed a couple relationships with helpful employees inside Assistant Vice Presidents' offices (i.e. loan mods and short sales).

Your last statement is what I often think about. It's so true! BofA (and many others) are destroying relationships with good customers. Why would they do that? Are they so big they don't care? I've asked this question of executives many times. Naturally, I get a canned response...the type of response that shows they're out of touch with reality.

Thank you for taking time to comment. Please let me know how I can (try to) help you with BofA....

well i have my mortgage from- BANK OF AMERICA-SUCKS!!!...every time you try to talk to them they give you a run around.. and they never have the right information on hand.the govt. is giving them money to responsibly help their customers who are in troubled mortgages..and what they do is simply sit aroud and take their sweet time so the person will go behind their payments.. in my openion.. the govt should step in and let bank of america's customers to be serviced by chase preferably or even citi bank.those two banks are way ahead in refinacing and modifying the troubled mortgages...i now use chase bank for all my other daily uses. the mortgage is stuck with bank of america...and i wish i had an option to chnge it to chse too.. unfortunatly with the home market being down i can't do anything .. i know forsure BANK OF AMERICA WON'T BE MY CHOICE FOR ANYTHING FROM NOW OWN.. THEY ABSOLUTLY SUCK!!!!!!
