The idea that Pharmaceutical companies worldwide could hide cures from everyone is absolutely insane. While these companies enjoy and unbelievable protection from the US government they do not enjoy the same in other parts of the world. Its a travesty that this BS is allowed to even pass as pseudoscience. It takes advantage of desperate people who will believe anything. Shame on those trying to make a buck off others unfortunate situation.

Thank you, Jeff. I appreciate you stopping by & sharing your thoughts. Swindlers prey on people wanting something. They make their pitch sound too good to be true. And we hear only the "too good" part. For more than 20 years, I have been chin deep in consumer advocacy, trying to help people stand up for themselves. Unfortunately, credit is more important today than ever before. Today, more and more employers want "good" credit before they'll hire applicants. I hear from people every week who find this out the hard way. We need to help each other, not try to cheat each other.

Political office? Jeff, they'd eat me alive. I couldn't play their game if I tried. At risk of revealing my pessimism, I do NOT believe there's any such person as a "Mr. Smith Goes To Washington." He/She doesn't exist! Politicians get involved to increase THEIR power and money, not to serve the public good. I often wonder how these professional liars and cheats live with themselves, especially in their final days - have they made their peace with the Lord? We have the best politicians corporate money can buy.

Recently, my brother and his wife (both employed by AVNET Electronics outside of Dallas, TX) lost their jobs after almost 20 years with the company. AVNET chose profits over people, moving its operations to Mexico. My brother and his wife had to train their Mexican replacements, adding insult to injury.

Not to spin (all the way) off topic, I still must say: I have no ill will toward wealthy people or corporate profits. And I certainly don't profess to know about macro (or even micro) economics. Instead, I know people need a living wage. Question is, what is considered a living wage today?

If you don't know, my day job is real estate in the Sarasota, FL, area. Daily, I sit down with people (many with kids) who are facing foreclosure. I use the word "foreclosure," but foreclosure really is "losing the HOME." That's really what foreclosure is. Losing a home crushes the family, even though it shouldn't.

Loss of job or hours at work begins the emotional and financial collapse. Less (or very little) money tightens the noose around people's necks. Suddenly, the marriage suffers as one or both can't handle the strain. Like a slow motion car wreck, I see families fall apart beginning with job loss. I see the pain in the children's eyes.

Politicians and corporate greed (& illegal activities...we now know) CAUSED this economic collapse, causing FAMILY COLLAPSE throughout the country. This is what pisses me off beyond no end.

It appears to me there (is) and (has been a) calculated effort to strip wealth from this country...to REDUCE the little people's standard of living even further as the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

No, I'm not a socialist. But I do believe shareholders, corporate boards & politicians need a conscience.

In this country, we have very little manufacturing. Corporations ship jobs out of this country, leaving good people to start over. My brother chose not to feel sorry for himself; he found another similar job, only this job pays 40% less than his old job that paid him <$50,000. We are in a take it or leave it situation today.

While our politicians line their pockets with corporate payola, we little people fight for scraps and fend off swindlers. We little people have to help each other. Sorry for the rant. You mentioned 2 topics (SCAMMERS and politicians) that boil my blood.

Did you notice all the grammatical errors?
That tells you about his education level and or his intelligence.
For his kind to make a living, he has to swindle, cheat, lie and or steal from others. No brain and not enough education to make an honest living.
What a sad sub human. A dog behaves much better than this scum.
Keep up your good work. I know a scum like this nothing, will never sway you from who you are. I am not worried about you.
The fact you are sharing this openly, shows who you truly are.
How about running for higher office? You will have my vote!

@Florida Lemon Law - typically I trash all comments similar to yours as spam (link baiting). I kept your comment simply to make a point - the "right" credit repair company/individual CAN do much more than any one (uninformed) person can do. On the surface, your comments (which you pulled off the Federal Trade Commission website) are true. However, most people I encounter do NOT want to make time to learn how to address their credit issues. They'd rather whip out their wallets & pay someone/some company.

I *wish* I could find just one - even one - legitimate, effective & affordable credit repair company. For around 20 years, I have searched for even one credit repair company and spent my own money testing various credit repair companies.

I do NOT fix people's credit for them. I want to find a legitimate, affordable & effective credit repair company to help the people who do not want to take time to learn how to help themselves. For now, I cannot recommend even one credit repair company.

Daily, I hear from people who paid and paid and paid monthly to a credit DISrepair company, only to watch their scores drop or (worse) get sued. ONLY then did they contact me for advice.

Lyle, I'm sorry to hear this. Did you contact their customer service? Did you challenge the charge with your credit card issuer? Let me know what you find out. I wish you well.

Be carefull purchasing this book as a downloadable item. I did and after printing a few pages I closed it. When I tried to open it later to do some more reading, I found that it require a password, which I do not have, therefor I no longer have access to the book to read further. The got my money but now I do not have access to the book. What a scam. Should have paid the few extra dollars and made them send me a hard copy.

there is nothing a credit repair company can do to improve your credit that you can’t do for yourself. So, save yourself some money and the hassle of finding a reputable company and repair your credit yourself.

Tami, hindsight is 20/20. I clearly can see now why that was one STUPID mistake. Thank goodness you never have made a mistake you regretted. At the time, some mistakes do NOT appear risky. I relied on a combination of the PEOPLE and the PROPERTY. It was the perfect storm - the people flaked out & the property values plummeted. I expected one of the two to flake. I didn't see both happening.

Good luck to you.
