Quickly download MalwareBytes, update it & run it. You definitely will know if the virus has infected your machine, as you computer will go funky on you. I don't know what else this virus can (and will) do since I got hit. MalwareBytes got rid of this virus for me. Keep me posted. I hope everything goes well for you.
