Mortgage Free Home Owners Also Need 10 Questions To Interview A Potential Mortgage Person!

by Mike · 0 comments

Mortgage free? Not many mortgage free homeowners today, as MILLIONS of desperate homeowners face losing their homes as GREEDY mortgage people try to sell more bad loans disguised as ‘workout’ loans.

The shocking truth is coming out, now that 1,000,000s of people are “underwater” on their mortgages.

Greedy mortgage people sold you a BAD mortgage on the hope & promise of selling you another mortgage later.

Unfortunately, Melissa & Sean of Orlando, FL, encountered one of these greedy mortgage people, now that they’re in trouble of losing their home.

They were first-time home buyers, and this shameless mortgage person sold them out for a mortgage commission. Pitiful.

10 QUESTIONS YOU MUST ASK

“When we bought our house, we were so happy…our first home…it was ours. Now we know just how bad our mortgage is and we’re scared to death…we should’ve asked more questions and not been so eager to hear ‘YES’. We know it was our fault for not understanding our mortgage.  I guess we never thought it would come to this…we’re probably going to lose our home.” –Melissa & Sean C, Orlando, FL

The country’s housing market is IMPLODING! This is damn serious. Nationally, mortgage lenders are filing 285,000 mortgage defaults per MONTH. What this means is that 285,000 are 30-60 days BEHIND on their house payments.

Families everywhere are facing tragegdy…hundreds of thousands are losing their homes. Bad mortgages…really bad mortgages (sub-prime mortgages) launched this downward spiral with everything but the kitchen sink going down with this sinking Titanic.

The American Dream….

of home ownership gave rise to “everyone qualifies” mortgages and a frenetic housing market.

Today, everywhere you turn a sign reads “Short Sale,” “Pre-Foreclosure,” “Must Sell,” etc. Those dangerous exotic mortgages have backfired, resetting & destroying families, leaving For Sale signs rusting in the ground.

We are facing a tragedy. Foreclosures are exploding. These are dangerous times in the housing market. If you’re safe with your home & mortgage, congratulations.

If you’re not safe (or don’t know if you’re safe) with your home & mortgage, you need solid information now…before it’s too late.

How To Protect Yourselves…

The housing maket will stabilize…one of these days…or years. Before that day arrives, the pain will increase.

Some ‘No Doc,’ ‘Stated this, Verified that,’ ‘Neg Am,’ & ‘Subprime’ programs are GONE. Poof…those loans are gone, never to re-appear. Wall Street’s ‘mortgage madness’ will force the federal government to “insure” most loans (i.e. FHA). And this is exactly what we’re seeing today. About the only mortgage type today is FHA.
