		<description>Hi Ricky,

You can get the CD or DVD with a debit (cash) card with the VISA/Mastercard logo. You also might be able to work something out with a friend or family member who has a credit card.

When you&#039;re ready, here&#039;s the order page: http://www.fixmyuglycredit.com/amember/subscribe.php

In the meantime, here&#039;s what I recommend:

1. Download one FREE credit report from each of 3 credit bureaus (important: use *only* www.annualcreditreport.com). You won&#039;t get scores unless you pay each bureau around $8. bucks, I believe it is.
2. Go through EACH report reviewing EACH account...good &amp; bad accounts.
3. Is each bad credit account reported ACCURATELY? Look carefully at the dates reported! Look at the account #...the amount they claim you owe....the &quot;furnisher&quot; (that is, who&#039;s reporting this alleged debt?)

By the way, what is it you want from &quot;good&quot; credit? Do you want a home? If so, you need a 620-640 &quot;middle&quot; score with no unsatisfied judgments.

What is your current credit situation?

1. What are your scores?
2. What &quot;bad&quot; credit do you have?
3. How &quot;old&quot; is each bad credit account.

Before I sign off, please avoid paying off a debt collector or creditor until you understand HOW they will report you after they take your money. This is the MOST common mistake I see uninformed people make. They can&#039;t believe they do &quot;right&quot; by paying off a creditor/debt collector and their credit scores DROP!!!!

Doesn&#039;t make sense, does it?

There&#039;s a strategy for this...this is 1 of 8 secrets I expose on my CD/DVD.

Looking forward to hearing from you, Ricky. Thanks for stopping by.

<description>Dave, you get a repo removed from your credit in the same way you remove any other INACCURATELY reported bad credit account.

1. Is the account reported accurately with all bureaus reporting it?
2. Look at who&#039;s reporting. Is it the same Furnisher on all reports? Is the account # the same? Is the amount the same? What, if anything, is different from report to report?
3. How old is the account?
4. What is the Date of First Delinquency? That is, in what month and year did you miss a payment and go delinquent?
5. Is a debt collector hassling you, i.e. phone calls?

You want to find inaccurately reported information.

You want to review this account and develop your strategy before you do anything you later will regret.

You probably have heard that you can score deletions on accurately reported accounts. It&#039;s true, you can. However, you take a risk by doing this.

What if the debt collector is not hassling you and the debt is getting older by the day and you do not need to settle? You might consider leaving it alone while building (adding) credit.

The last thing you want to do is near statute of limitations with a debt collector not hassling you, only to awaken the sleeping pitbull when you fire off a dispute on an accurately reported account.

That&#039;s how people get themselves sued.

You might be able to get this debt outside the statute of limitations, meaning the debt is time barred from collections. Game over for debt collectors.

If you must settle this account because you want something and/or a debt collector is hassling you (leading you to believe they&#039;ll sue you) you will need to think about settling.

It that happens, email me again. Hope this helps you understand the importance of strategy.
