Stop debt collectors now…especially the nasty law-breaking debt collectors who will stop at nothing to squeeze money out you, even if you don’t owe the debt.
Are you sitting down? What you are about to discover will make you want to grab the nearest debt collector and put his/her face through a plate glass window.
But don’t do it…please!
Do not allow a nasty debt collector to push you to a breaking point.
Instead, stand up and fight back once you know exactly who these THUGS are, what illegal tricks they use & how to use your LEGAL RIGHTS to fight back:
Click on the video below to see for yourself what happens when an MSNBC investigative reporter shows up at one “boiler room” filled with thugs calling themselves debt collectors.
You will HEAR with your own ears the exact words (ILLEGAL THREATS) used by these THUGS! Soon, you will understand why you MUST understand your rights.
Just the other day, a customer called me about a recorded message from a debt collector. Here is part of it:
“Hello, this is Naresh with xxx Collections….If you do not send us $1,749.43 by Western Union this Friday, I will send the police to your house or place of employment to arrest you! Are we clear? I don’t give a damn what problems you have. Get your $1,749.43 to me by this Friday…or else!”
That recorded phone message absolutely p*ssed me off!
Naturally, my customer was scared…actually, she was more than scared.
If you’ve not encountered this kind of debt collector, be very thankful.
If you think you might encounter this kind of debt collector, you absolutely must know your rights.
These thugs want your money, and their illegal, harassing & abusive tactics are designed to steal your money. I never want you to be as scared as the lady who shared that nasty debt collector’s threats.
During these troubled times, shameless cowards calling themselves debt collectors will resort to illegal, harassing & intimidating tactics to steal your money. Scroll down a bit on this page to comment on this video and to tell me about any debt collection “hell” you’ve experienced.
Stop debt collection abuses by getting informed and standing up to these phone cowards, who never would have to courage to spew such garbage to your face.

I have been dealing with debt collectors for over a year now. I am currently getting ready to go to court with one that is sueing me, but they are a 3rd party debt collector and don’t have the right. I have been screamed at repeatedly and most of the time I don’t even answer the phone. Now I have to pay an attorney $1,500 to go to court for me, so that I won’t end up being garnished for $15,000!
Gena,
I hope your attorney is a pitbull who is looking for violations committed by this debt collector. My experience is that even attorneys attached to NACA (@ http://www.naca.net) must be interviewed. Some claim to be FDCPA “experts” but they’re not. You absolutely do not want someone going through the motions. What do you know of a “friendly judgment?” At some point, I need to get a friend on the phone for a recording of how to utilize this strategy for “decommissioning” debt collectors.
Please keep me updated, Gina. I presume your attorney is examining your state’s debt collection licensing laws; whether the debt collector is legally permitted to pursue collections on this debt; & what settlement can be arranged outside of court (to minimize legal expenses).
