We
Are Not Attorneys & Won't Pretend To Be....
That's right, we are not attorneys,
we are not a credit repair company & we don't offer
legal advice. Even if we
stay at a Holiday Express (I love those commercials),
we will not attempt to confuse you by pretending to be
something we're not.
We have encountered many, many
real estate & credit-related experiences, but we are
not experts...whatever that means.
We are not a credit repair service,
that is we will not repair your credit for you. We offer
you educational information and tools to help you fix
your own bad credit and lease-option your new home (as
you fix your credit).
We do work daily with credit repair
and the lease-option.
As a member, please do not promote, advertise or refer
to external links soliciting, presenting or informing
people of other services or products. No solicitation
what so ever is allowed and that includes spamming members
via the discussion board.

Who
are you?
For years, we’ve
utilized the powerful lease-option to help buyers, sellers
& real estate investors who buy and sell homes in
the Orlando, Tampa & Sarasota markets.
We enjoyed our little ‘cottage’ business strengthened
by loyal customers who referred their friends, family
& colleagues.
It was then that our
customers forced us to learn credit repair...not by choice
but by necessity.
Our customers had paid the big and small credit
repair companies anywhere from a low $29.00 a month to
$2,500 a person for credit repair. Constantly, we heard
complaints about the credit repair companies:
: “I paid them (ABC Credit
Repair Company) $2,200 dollars…nothing came off
my credit reports—not one lousy thing. They basically
stole my money….”
We needed a solution…and fast. Unfortunately, we
could not rely on credit repair companies. Whether big
or small, credit repair companies had taken our customers’
money and not not fixed their credit.
The responsibility fell on our shoulders. Immediately,
we discovered that effective credit repair is not the
same for any two people, as no two credit files are the
same. Credit repair is not as simple as an ‘easy
button’ or dispute letters downloaded off some Internet
site.
It took us a long time to learn and implement our research,
adjusting and modifying our system based on legal, effective
credit repair.
Our customers applauded the help, prompting us to launch
a free DIY credit repair website offering everyone these
same legal and highly-effective credit repair tips, strategies
and secrets.
But then, that was not enough.
Real estate/mortgage professionals and people dreaming
of owning their dream home wanted to know more about the
lease-option. Hundreds of emails filled our box with questions
about the lease-option, identity theft, foreclosure, credit
repair, etc.
We were pleased and overwhelmed.
What started as a community service project snowballed
on us. Our small staff could not handle the requests.
With much thought, we are please to announce the launch
of our members-only teaching classroom at www.fixmyuglycredit.com.
Many real estate/mortgage professionals continue to write
us, sharing how they are implementing these strategies
to resuscitate their real estate-mortgage businesses while
becoming their neighborhood specialists.
Our small staff spends a great deal of time researching
credit issues, talking to experts and writing articles
and special reports.
This site is only the beginning. We will continue to bring
you exactly what you want in the format you prefer. We
know credit repair, identity theft, etc are ever-changing
topics requiring a monthly newsletter.
Therefore, each month you will receive a detailed monthly
newsletter further helping your with credit, identity
theft, mortgages, buying or selling a house and many other
important areas.
We compile research and make it available to you as resources,
products and services within our members’ only site.
We are an Internet portal offering information and education.
Thank you for supporting this site. We welcome (as wel
always have) your comments and suggestions.
Is
there any special software that I need to download? (back to top)
No. We provide our information
in standard formats allowing you to listen to, watch &
read on your Mac or Windows computer. Our videos and audios
play on your computer’s commonly installed Flash
player.
For example, all pages are available in a printer friendly
format. So if you’re short on time, you can print
it out and read it at your convenience.
What does your Self-Help Service offer? (back
to top)
There are many companies on the Internet that will restore
your credit for you for a fee but there are very few that
provide quality education for those who want to save money
and repair their own credit.
We deeply believe that every consumer has a right to repair
inaccurate, outdated or incomplete credit information
and unfortunately, this is often a very lengthy task.
The misconception that the credit bureaus, creditors and
collection agencies can help you, falls short. You are
on your own if you want to take charge of your credit
and maximize the result.
That is where we come in. With years of experience in
credit, real estate & identity theft, we are happy
to offer you helpful information to fix your own credit
or settle collection debts while lease-optioning your
new home.
Do you offer phone support? (back
to top)
We’re sorry but at this time, we do not offer phone
support. We make every attempt to provide clear, easy-to-understand
information. Inside our forum, we attempt to clarify and
expand on questions raised by members.
You see, our
site is managed and maintained by a small staff. The site
was designed to educate you and give you access to additional
information that otherwise may not be available in this
format.
Please understand, we are not a credit repair company
and do not engage in "restoring credit".
Our service is an online educational aid. We are not credit
repair ‘experts.’
Do
you help me repair my credit? (back
to top)
No. This service is an educational tool only. We do not
operate as a credit repair company and do not engage in
credit repair services. We only offer educational material
relating to credit repair and lease options.
To date, we have not found one credit repair company capable
of fixing a person’s credit as advertised. We do
not operate as a credit repair company because we do not
engage in fixing your credit. You are purchasing a subscription
to our information-based website where we provide quality
information.
Do
you guarantee fax and phone numbers for the credit reporting
agencies? (back
to top)
We have no control over how often the credit bureaus change
their phone, fax and addresses. We cannot guarantee that
the information they provide one month will be accurate
the next.
What we do guarantee is that we work diligently to find
you accurate resources and help you save time by listing
those resources. We recommend strongly to anyone using
a credit bureau address or fax number that you confirm
first that it is still current before you send any personal
information at all.
Why
can't I email you questions about credit repair? (back
to top)
We provide education—we do no repair people's credit.
We are a group of real estate and mortgage professionals
that are happy to offer you quality educationals materials
capable of empowering you to take control of credit and
real estate matters.
Will
you help me deal with collection agencies or creditors?
(back
to top)
No. We're sorry, we do not repair credit or work with
people one-on-one. We offer step-by-step guidance through
clearly written articles and reports, videos & forum
posts.
Inside our club, you can download
sample collection letters and articles about collection
issues gleaned from people sharing their experiences with
us and passed to you with no guarantee of accuracy. Use
common sense when dealing with collection agencies. If
you have debts that are not validated and you feel are
unfairly ruining your credit, then you should use all
laws available to demand accurate reporting.
Where do you get your information?
(back
to top)
We get our information from valued relationships with
real ‘experts’ in credit repair, real estate,
credit, computer security, debt consolidation, law, mortgages,
etc, from industry publications, from special Congressional

fighting against bad credit.

to top)

licensed attorney specializing the are of law closely
matching your issue. One particular law group regularly
helping people who contact us is www.naca.net (National

relating to credit, real estate, identity theft and debt.
