As strange as this sounds, many people calling me also
think they cannot get bank approved for a mortgage to buy
a house.
They think their credit is horrible. They think they're
get hammered on an interest rate, even if they can hear
'yes.' (though few people calling me automatically believe
they can get financed).
For Daniel, he didn't have the credit issues he thought
he had. Daniel took advantage of super-low interest rates...and
prices (in Florida that is) 30-50% below prices just a couple

Last week, I met with a husband and wife in the Sarasota
(FL) area who cannot afford their house payment. They fell

many attorneys over the years while looking for help for
